Shipping Policy for Modern Piping

Thank you for shopping at Modern Piping! We understand that timely and reliable shipping is important to our customers. This Shipping Policy provides detailed information about our shipping practices and sets your expectations regarding delivery.

* Christmas Delivery

  • We will do our best to get orders, pre-orders sent out as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee Christmas deliveries, but for a guide to order dates please see below.
  • International Orders
    • Standard post - order by November 20th
    • Express post - order by December 8th
  • Domestic (Australia) Orders
    • Standard post - order by December 12th
    • Express post - order by December 16th

1. General Shipping Information

  • All products, except Ceol Beag are shipped from Australia. Ceol Beag ships from the USA.
  • We process orders quickly after the order is placed and ship out orders Monday and Friday each week.
  • Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We use a variety of carriers for shipping our products.
  • Shipping options available at checkout may vary based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

3. Domestic and International Shipping

  • We offer shipping to addresses globally and reserve the right to ship to certain countries. This could be for a variety of reasons including lack of reliability of carriers within the country.
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Any additional costs for customs or import is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen.
  • You will be able to review your shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

5. Delivery Estimates

We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, Modern Piping does not guarantee delivery dates for any order. The delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only, and actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Pandemics
  • Customs clearance processes for international orders

We commit to dispatching your order promptly once it's processed. However, once an order is with the shipping carrier, Modern Piping cannot control shipping times and is not liable for any delivery delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, problems during shipping can occur. We will work with you to resolve the issue, although we are not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers.
